How to Set Up Alerts in Home Banking

Want to be alerted when your account balance is low?

Do you need to know when a deposit posts?

Here’s how to set up alerts in home banking.

We all know that life is busy and moves at a quicker pace these days. Would you like an alert when certain transactions or events occur on your accounts? Through our free home banking access, you can set reminders or alerts for yourself for many different situations.  Customize the alerts for your needs. It’s easy to set up and easy to change.

First, log into your online banking. Click on the three white horizontal lines near the top left of the screen and choose the E-alerts option. Click on notifications and choose which ones you would prefer. You can be alerted when your balance goes below a certain number, when a check clears, when a new device accesses your home banking or when your direct deposit posts. Use the email tab to check which email is linked to your home banking. You can also have the emails come to your phone as text messages. Give us a call if we need to change your email address or add a second one to your account. It’s one less thing to remember!
